i asked the bartender, Andrey, at Volcano Brewing Co at sunset 'como es tu dia?' ('how is your day?'). 

'muy tranquilo'  (( very calm ))

 

that's the description for the day. muy tranquilo. the past three days were go, go, go between so many fun things and when i woke up with my left knee being sore, it was my body telling me to chill the heck out today. so i passed on surfing with eric, kari and her daughters to rest up instead. was able to join beach yoga today so that was nice to stretch (and lay) early so i could relax and get some more sleep later.
